Fast Charging Trend Over Time - Fastest 10-80% vs Year Charging times of EVs have steadily dropped while battery energy has increased. Real-world charging performance, however, often lags behind claimed numbers. Several factors influence real-world charging behavior, including weather conditions, HVAC use, battery age, battery temperature, charger limitations, etc.
