Halogen-driven Ion Transport Homogenization in 3D Hierarchical MOF for Ultrastable Solid-state LMB The hierarchical pore channels of MIL-100 confine LiI to form a conductive ionic network, while its triple-level cross-linked multi-stage porous restricts TFSI− anion mobility, enabling rapid Li+ transport and uniform deposition by optimizing ion flux and suppressing space charge effects.
The LFP/E-LiI/Li cell delivers ~120 mAh g−1 and maintains stable cycling for 600 cycles at 2C without noticeable capacity decay, and also sustains strong performance at high temperatures (60–100 °C). When paired with NCM811, the E-LiI electrolyte enables a pouch cell to exhibit excellent capacity and stable cycling at 1C, successfully powering an LED panel.
