Compensation & Benefits

Pay Satisfaction (Global View) Across regions, salary attracts talent, but benefits, pay equity, and transparent progression retain them. The gap between these two remains the primary global retention challenge. Pay Satisfaction Across Regions

<50% of respondents globally feel satisfied with their compensation. Underpayment sentiment is strongest in the U.S. and Canada, where market-based pay leads to expectations of faster progression. European respondents express slightly higher stability satisfaction but still cite compensation transparency issues.

Many workers’ pay expectations do not match reality. Despite pay premiums, a third of professionals believe they are underpaid. Furthermore, less than 50% are satisfied with their compensation, and less than a third are satisfied with their raises and bonuses.
