Industry Sentiment

Industry Sentiment & Company: Strong Engagement, Mixed Retention Signals Job satisfaction in the battery industry remains high, but confidence in job stability and near-term retention is more mixed.

RESPONSES TO COMPANY SENTIMENT QUESTIONS

While most respondents report satisfaction with their current roles, only 54% indicate satisfaction with job stability, and 58% expect to remain with their current employer over the next 12 months. At the same time, 60% believe their company has a strong reputation within the industry, and a majority of professionals report high labor-market confidence, with 72% expressing confidence in their ability to find another role within the battery sector.

These responses point to a workforce that is engaged and employable, but increasingly mobile.
